This is one of my absolute favourite genres of fic and I have pretty broad tastes when it comes to what I read, so please don't worry about sticking too closely to any specific prompts if you've got your own ideas; I'm just trying to offer a few suggestions because I know casefic plots can be difficult to come up with from scratch.
